- Suggested use: starting does: 1tsp or 2 scoops. If this doesn't work well for you, try 1/2 tsp or 1 scoop. If this doesn't work well for you, try 1/4 tsp or 1/2 scoop. do not exceed 3 scoops in a night. Keep in mind that too much can have the opposite effect on sleep.
